How much does it cost to sell through Proplo?
Proplo charges a flat platform fee of $5,000–$8,000 (depending on property value), which includes agent matching and platform services. This is deducted from settlement proceeds — the same way agent commissions work today. Compare that to 2.5% traditional commission ($20,000+ on an $800K home).
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
