What do I get for free?
Every Australian can check any property's estimated value, see recent street sales, and get a suburb snapshot — completely free, no account required. When you're ready for live tracking, alerts, and deeper analytics, upgrade to Pro for $29/mo.
What does it cost an agent to list?
A flat $300 per property, and it stays live until it sells — no subscription required. Compare that to $1,600–$4,100 per listing on realestate.com.au and thousands on Domain. Optional Growth ($149/mo) and Pro ($499/mo) plans add priority leads and CRM tools, but they're never required to list.
What does it cost a buyer or seller?
Nothing to use Proplo — valuations, suburb data and sales history are free, no account needed. When you sell, your agent lists your property for a flat $300 instead of the thousands the big portals charge, which usually gets baked into your commission. Proplo takes no commission and no cut of your sale.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes. All subscriptions are month-to-month with no lock-in contracts. Cancel anytime from your dashboard. You'll retain access until the end of your billing period.
I'm a Scout — do I need to pay anything?
Scouts pay a $99/year membership to activate, then earn $1,000–$5,000 per settled referral. The $99 covers identity verification and keeps the network serious — most scouts earn it back many times over on their first closed deal.
Where does my property data come from?
Every estimate is built from official open data — NSW Valuer-General sales records and the national G-NAF address dataset. Our valuation model compares recent local sales and indexes them to today using each suburb's own price trend; it's transparent and improves as new sales are published. No paid black-box feeds — just public records you could check yourself.
